Re: Atlanta H&V

Nice gets down there. Garber has one of the strangest signatures I've ever seen! PS: Atlanta has a subway system?? MARTA. I rode it straight from the airport to Peachtree Center downtown and with a network of pedestrian skybridges connecting it and numerous hotels and other buildings downtown, I we...

Atlanta H&V

Last week I flew from Pittsburgh to Atlanta for Heroes and Villains. I had been to Atlanta for a couple of Dragon Cons years ago and felt pretty comfortable knowing where to stay and how to get where I needed to go. I arrived Friday afternoon, checked into my hotel, took the subway a couple stops to...

Nice! By the way, Mickey Thomas was also the singer on the Elvin Bishop Group's big hit "Fooled Around and Fell In Love" (as heard in Guardians of the Galaxy).

Very cool pics. Glad you got some great combos. I really love this con. Tip for next time, its much faster to get between the north and south building by going outside instead of fighting crowds in those escalators and bridge.

Why didn't you get the Turner photo op?
It conflicted with other things I wanted and couldn't fit it in.

Taking off to the Great White North for FanExpo

I thought I'd use FanExpo Canada as an opportunity to post my first report. This is the third year in a row I've made the trip from Pittsburgh up for this Toronto con and the second that I've gone with a VIP pass. If you go to FanExpo Canada and you want to get multiple autographs and photos, a VIP ...

For the philly show, they were scanning pre-paid tickets at the autograph tables and in the photo op lines
Cool. Thanks!

Wizard World question

Can anyone confirm that Wizard World has fixed one of their biggest annoyances and that they can scan your prepaid auto and photo tickets at the celeb's booth or photo-op instead of having to stand in 2 more lines to exchange those printouts for cardboard tickets?

Re: How did you find this forum?

After lurking awhile my first post... I found this forum while I was Googling for some prices for some celeb and found a link to a post here. I've been reading for a few weeks and spotted a few of your faces in front of me in a few lines when I made the trip from Pittsburgh to my first Chiller last ...
