icw, kind of a dick move to drop a big hint like that and then disappear, which could mean you have heard great possibilities or could mean you have heard the opposite..thats as bad as promoters/ vendors who try to hype shit without announcing who it is..

I met Hodge in 2009 I believe at a NWA Legends show, one of my most favorite meets. He was awesome! I searched my posts and found this recap: "I then went over to Danny Hodge. I bought his book (which he signed for free, as well as an 8x10). I debated a photo opp but was getting the combo on Sunday ...

Re: The Recently Watched TV Show Thread

Finished Cage- a little slow at times but I enjoyed it overall. Watched ep 1 of iron fist- liked it a lot- reminded me a little of arrow.

Have come around on Nashville and really enjoying the season.

I understand getting people while there, but only when they have at least an ounce of validity- what does someone's wife who isnt an actress do for your collection? by that token, you are more valid than her since you have been interviewed by a website (i cant remember which one).. do you take pics ...

Re: A trip to Carson's Pro Wrestling World to complete a project!

Poster looks great and Bellomo looks in good shape and younger than his age. A few more living but probably unobtainable names on the poster -- the Invaders tag team (Soto / Gonzalez / Rivera), Haiti Kid, and possibly Pancho Boy and Dana Carpenter. Some of these names are so obscure, though, that i...

A trip to Carson's Pro Wrestling World to complete a project!

A completed project!! A rare early 80s WWF name! As Lanza would say, a Big day!!! Years ago, when I was collecting old wrestling magazines, I emailed with Bud Carson, who he had hundreds at his store in Pennsylvania and told me I should come check them out. I remember checking how far it was and it ...

Re: Japanese Wrestling Trip

This is pure fantasy and would obviously never happen but if there was an event that had Saito, Nagasaki, Killer khan, Kabuki, Chono, Fujinami, and some of the older guys from the 70s and 80s I am not listing, it would be very tempting to go. Like someone put together a convention of Japanese wrestl...

Am I reading this right? Are people suggesting going to Japan for a month to meet wrestlers? Who on this board could possibly get that time off to travel to Japan for so long?

I'm baffled by all the dealers, really that there is possibly a market to buy these autographs. Can't believe people care that much to pay for mostly shitty autographs obtained on the street as the celeb is rushing away.
