Yeah, when people are describing this as one of the weaker Chiller guest lists in recent memory, and you still have 40-50 wants, you might want to cut back on the pokemon collecting. Nobody should want to bankrupt themselves trying desperately to complete a Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman or Critters 2 collection.

That's fine, but you listed about 45 additional names besides the TWO you're "pumped up for". That's what people are finding weird.

I fail to recall any con where everyone is super excited for every name they get. I can't be more excited for a few and less excited for others?

Yeah, there might occasionally be a couple of guests at a show that I get, but I'm not super excited over. There's never been *four dozen* people at a single show that fit that description.

You're like the person on Hoarders that's trying to explain to the TV audience why the three foot piles of old newspapers on top of the stove are completely normal and absolutely necessary for your life.

There were times when cons like Monstermania and RICC had names multiple people were excited for yet you had zero interest in them and did not attend. Bottom line is your spectrum of interest is much narrower than most people.

This guest list isn't some stacked show that I personally aren't into, it's a below-average Chiller lineup where nobody else on the board has more than a handful of interests, and you have 50. By any objective standard, you have a ridiculously high amount of "wants" from movies/shows you have marginal knowledge of at best, or in many cases, have never even seen.

Put it this way - if the director of NOES2 no-showed, and they just put another random dude at his table and claimed it was him, would you even know the difference?
