Saw Super Troopers 2 the other day. Not as funny as the first but if you liked the first one, then you will definitely enjoy the second.

Watched alot of old stuff last few weeks:
Gone With The Wind....really never sat down to watch the entire movie. Finally did. Amazing
The Thing, 1982, man this still holds up.
Avengers Infinity War. Loves it. Ending a lil flat but loved it
Brewsters Millions, the original, never even knew this existed. It was short and a good concept. Liked it
Dick Tracy. The original and the 90s one. Love the 90s one and the original was good as well
Dial M for Murder. Slow to start but ended up liking it alot

I found Deadpool 2 a massive improvement over the first. Much more of a fun watch and no real lulls.

Saw Solo today, not that good. I felt Alden was pretty good as Han, but the story was insipid and stupid. The plot twists were equally bad. Larry Kasdan should be ashamed.

Saw Deadpool 2 and Solo last week. Deadpool 2 was f'n hilarious and IMO better than the first, which I loved as well. I thought Solo was good and pretty entertaining. I had reservations about Alden but he was right for the role.

Saw "For Whom the Bell Tolls," the HBO documentary on John McCain. Very moving film. Focused a lot on his 60 years of service, both good, bad, and horrible, to his country.

Hereditary had some of the most unsettling imagery I've ever seen on film. It's a little long but mostly makes up for it with the insanity of the last 20 or so minutes.

Captain America Civil War and Thor Ragnarok are on Netty flicks so I gave them a watch. Probably the most entertaining of either of their series.

Finally saw Blade Runner 2049 in full, was on HBO, really enjoyed it. The original I find tough to like, but this one was really good.

I'll have to check out BladeRunner 2049.

I recently saw Who Framed Roger Rabbit again. This time I got a blu ray rip torrent that restores some naughty bits that were removed from official home releases after the laserdisc. It was awesome to see this as originally released in blu ray quality. Amazing how this 1988 movie holds up even today.

Here is the write up of the release.
It is a reconstruction (Harmy style) of the Uncensored, original version of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, which has been slightly altered for current releases. It primarily uses extremely high quality HDTV recording to correct the Blu-Ray.
