About 3? Although that was only after I talked with the store manager about their inconsistent wristband policy. She was incredibly nice and accommodating. Cena also arrived late and signed extras for kids (and even some adults).

I have no clue how Strand does stuff, though.
What time would you guys get there for an 4pm event start time and you don't want to miss the beginning of Takeover?!?!
That's a tricky question, man. Again, people slept overnight for the B&N book signing. I arrived about an hour before the advertised start time and the line was massive -- but the event started late because Cena himself was late arriving to the store from Jimmy Fallon.

Was B&N pre-signed books or was he signing in person? Im sure this will be a long line but i'm thinking it will move at a decent pace, all the books are pre-signed he isn't signing anything at the event so that speeds things up. They are also having a photographer take all the pics. No pics with your own phone/camera which also speeds things up. I'm sure it will still take a while to get through everyone but it should be faster then a regular signing.
They were all pre-signed but he was also signing extras for kids, so that could slow things down considerably if he does that at this signing. This event was also with a photographer.

I think you'll be in for a long wait but hopefully it's quicker this time around if he shows up on time and doesn't sign extras
Thanks... B&N wasn't pre-order right? So people had to showed up early for a wristband oppose to Strand Bookstore where peoples spots are secure.

Strand has no use for wristbands. The signing is on the first floor, so pretty much everyone will have to wait out on the sidewalk.

B&N wasn't pre-order (sadly). You'll definitely get the op with Cena but just be prepared to wait a while. It'll be worth it.
