You're welcome! (Since it was Frank and I who kept harassing him about it!) lol

Headhunters primarily worked Japan and Mexico in the 90's. They were part of the hardcore, death match, era. They were the tag team version of Onita and Pogo, when it comes to hardcore wrestling.

If you were a fan of W*ING, early ECW, CMLL, AAA, WWC, or FMW these guys were mainstays and HUGE stars. (I would equate them to a team like the Road Warriors, in the US, as far as popularity/hatred goes).

Of course, if you didn't watch any of those promotions I listed.. then you would have no idea who they were! lol

They were stars in the very early stages of ecw when it was eastern championship wrestling. I have a few ecw dvds from 93 so if I go I may have them sign one of those.

IDK about huge, I don't think most people know that they were fairly big outside of the WWE.

I ordered one of Onita's retirement books from the mid-90s. I messaged the seller beforehand if the Headhunters were featured in it and he told me they weren't. I bought the book anyway and, as a thank you, he sent me extra goodies.

One of them was an FMW program that features the Headhunters!
