Post by Gumby » August 4th, 2016, 2:32 am

Anyone have experience with getting their steelbooks signed? Thoughts?

Never done it myself but saw some the other and thought it was interesting, so it's more a general discussion topic. If I had any questions I guess it would be- Any problems with autograph smudging? What's the best medium to sign with? (sharpie, paint pen, etc)

Bring this topic back to see if anyone has advice or cares to share their experiences with getting steelbooks signed.

as CM suggested, paint pens would be ideal, but make sure it's oil based (Sharpie oil based paint pens that I've been using are decent). those seems to adhere to just about any surface. water based paint might rub or chip off too easily.

but on metallic surface, if the person signs too fast, it'll streak.

I just bought these off Amazon and tested them out on an old Steelbook I don’t care about and they worked great. After they dried I tried to scrub it off and couldn’t.
