How do you guys remember who you have met?

So I have only really done chiller shows, heroes and villains, a Hollywood show, wrestling cons, etc. I have done minimal street meets. Guys like Greg, Lanza, class, jorsky are out very frequently both cons and streets. Even for the lower numbers of people I have met, I still can’t remember who I have met. When the charisma carpenter discussion just hit, I honestly couldn’t remember if I had met her or not. I can’t imagine for those that are generally always out there that you can remember if you have actually met someone or not. How do you guys do it? With wrestling, I used to put everyone into a comprehensive digital album alphabetically so I could quickly look to see if an announced name was someone I had not yet met. But even that didn’t really work as someone like miz could have been labeled as miz or the miz. So I’m curious how the heavy meeters are able to keep track...

Flickr app my man! I put everything on there, and can search in seconds. Unlike some people, I've used it from day one, so it's highly effective.

Also useful on remembering when a person may leave a spot, which is why I'm currently fixing the damn "date taken" time on 3 dozen pics as I forgot to update daylight savings on my cameras 3 weeks ago!

I have the file names of my ops labeled. So anytime I want to check if I met a celeb I make a windows file name search for the celeb name.

I always have all pics backed up in two different drives.

I have a wrestling "database." I have everyone jotted down by name with items I need them to sign. Once I meet them. I erase that item off the list. If I've gotten every item signed by that person, I remove their name from the list.

It's been extremely helpful

It's worth it dude. I have the Premium one, because I keep my entire photo collection on it. I have 76,156 Photos uploaded on it, which is mental, but it's great.

For a regular person, the free one is fine.

How much is Premium? I think I should be okay with a free plan but I do have a lot of photos piling up over the year.

$44.95 for the year. It also has a Phone and PC app which will auto upload any new photos. A huge help

You don't need premium just for celebs. He has photography on there, that's why. Flickr gives you a ton of space for free, I'm using like 2%. Makes posting reports easy too.
