Yes Have Some Days of the Dead Atlanta 2018

Post by craigtheowl » February 6th, 2018, 9:09 pm

Hey folks. I attended Days of the Dead in Atlanta for my third you in a row. This is a fun little con that has some great guests and isn't too crowded. I didn't have too many wants this year, but I did manage to schedule a few interviews for my podcast (Yes Have Some Podcast, cheap plug).

I first went ahead and got a signed 8x10 and photo with Ray Wise. Twin Peaks is one of my all time favorite shows, so this was a no-brainer for me.

Next, we interviewed Brandon Crane and Marlon Taylor, who played young Ben and Mike in the 1990 Stephen King's IT mini-series. Brandon was also a regular on the Wonder Years. This was their first con ever, and they were both cool as can be. Very laid back and appreciative of the fans that came out to see them. We spoke to them for about 20 minutes for the podcast and got a group shot.

Next, we sat down with Alex Vincent, Andy from the Child's Play series, and interviewed him for the podcast as well. He's a cool dude, and had a screen used Chucky with him, which is pretty amazing.

Here's a candid from during the interview that turned out great.

Overall, a great time at DOTD Atlanta 2018! Interviews will be up later in the week.

Awesome stuff! The only image that I can see on the report is the one with Alex Vincent.. not sure why. I really hope the two IT actors (Brandon and Marlon) do more cons, i'd love to meet them

Thanks, pics look awesome! I might travel to your neck of the woods for Dragon Con (depending on lineup and $$ situation) this summer

Yeah, Dragon Con is always a blast, but the guest list can be very hit or miss. We will be there though!
