Louis will be fine in time. I would argue in his room, he is free to whip it out and masturbate if he chooses and the people in the room are free to leave if they're uncomfortable. I see no appeal in doing that and I've never done it personally, but I don't get this culture we live in. It's not like he did this in a public place.
It was coworkers in a work environment. Louis himself said he thought they were okay with it, but realized as the boss, he put them in a situation where they feared telling him no. It's the very definition of sexual harassment. I think he'll be "back" as FX couldn't dump him as he produces 3 huge shows for them. Credit to him for at least honing up to it, although Roseanne called him out last year and he denied it as false.

I thought they were just random female comedians. The employee aspect changes things, and as a result I will change my stance

Ho.Ly. Shit.

In now deleted tweets regarding the sexual assault allegations against him, George Takei said "Russia did it".

Big bulk of One Tree Hill cast accuse creator Mark Schwahn of sexual harassment.

Travolta accused by another masseur.

Bijou Phillips had to apologize to a male cast member from 2001 film Bully, ironically.

Perhaps the worst, Tom Sizemore inappropriate with 11 year old girl during photo shoot for a 2003 film.

Add Al Franken to the list - and his accuser produced a picture of him mugging for the camera with his hands on her breasts, as she appears to be asleep.

Is there ANYONE left, either in politics or Hollywood, who isn't a complete scumbag?

Add Sylvester Stallone too...occurred in 1986 to a 16 year old, who states Sly forced her to perform oral sex on him and his bodyguard.

"Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old fan girl while he was filming Over the Top in Las Vegas in 1986.."

Um...you may need a name change , OTT. May I suggest the following : Nighthawk, Tango and Cash, or "Stop, or my mom will shoot" :hah:

Especially disappointed by Al Franken, I really liked him and thought he'd be a strong presidential candidate. That's over.

I'm glad women are speaking out

Some of these women genuinely felt a need to stay quiet to preserve their careers, and chose working over justice. I sort of think if you choose (perhaps wisely) and work, you’re saying justice is less important to you than fame so why should we care now? You made the deal with the devil, live with it. Institutionally though it’s bad practice so I overall think those exposures help.

Others are minors, and I feel sorry for them pretty much without stipulation. That’s just fucked up.

Others are nobodies who took payouts, those women I have no sympathy for. They decided money mattered more than justice and it feels like hookers contacting old Johns saying “I know you paid me an agreed to rate 20 years ago but...”

All in all I see society condemning people who have unsubstantiated claims. It’s dangerous and risky business. People like Spacey are abundantly clear but others very limited corroboration.

I'm glad they are speaking out as well..

but as far as Franklin, IF trump isn't an example of something who said and did EVERYTHING wrong during a campaign, and still won, I would say people will forget in three years like everyone forgot with Trump when it came time to vote.
